1. Picket Fence . This is certainly the most classic and iconic front-yard option. There are choices, however; that can make your picket fence stand apart from others. Choose the height, shape, and even color of your picket fence to make it unique for your home.

2. Ornamental Fence. These are often made of wrought iron and give a great feeling of elegance to any yard. They are a great choice for a front yard because you can leave them transparent, providing a boundary while still being open and accessible.

3. Privacy or Semi-Privacy Fence. While it might seem unusual to choose a privacy fence for the front yard, many homeowners who are limited in available yard space find that an attractive privacy fence can give them more flexibility in how they use their outdoor space. Because of the different shapes and types of privacy fences, you can find one that works for you!
